Key Account Manager / Business Development Manager Healthcare & Medical Technology (USA / Kanada) (m/f/d)

At M.A.i innovative automation, we specialize in automating every type of production process, delivering custom-engineered automation systems to leading manufacturers worldwide. Now were expanding our business in the U.S. and Canada, and were looking for the person to drive that growth.

• Sell our automation systems across North America
• Build our customer and partner network in the U.S. and Canada
• Identify new market opportunities and win new key accounts
• Lead pricing and contract negotiations with decision-makers
• Represent M.A.i at trade shows, conferences, and industry events
• Work closely with our teams in Germany to position our solutions

• Based in the U.S. or Canada
• Several years of experience in sales, business development, or key account management in medical technology, ideally with automation, machinery, or capital equipment
• A strong network and deep understanding of the North American healthcare market
• A hunter mentality combined with strategic thinking
• A confident presence at every level, from the shop floor to the C-suite
• German language skills are a plus, but not a requirement
